Jessica Cope – senior researcher
Before Jessica joined The Key, she worked as a primary school teacher in Slough and Surrey and was a co-opted governor at a small primary school for 18 months. Jessica has a BA in European studies and modern languages from the University of Bath and an MA in history from Royal Holloway, University of London.
John Davies – specialist researcher
John previously completed internships at the Child Poverty Action Group and in public affairs. He has also worked for a small business in Hemel Hempstead. John has a BA in modern history and politics from the University of Liverpool and an MA in public policy from King’s College London.
Heather Guest – research team leader
Heather is the research team leader for the governor team. She previously worked for Explore Learning and SGOSS. She has also worked in business development for a charity, working with schools to support children with speech and communication needs. Heather holds a BA in ancient and medieval history from the University of Birmingham.
