Hannah Spreadbury – business development assistant
Hannah graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a BA (Hons) in retail management. Hannah provides administrative support for core business development activity, including invoicing, maintaining member records and managing membership upgrades. She provides reliable support to our regional development managers and communicates with new and prospective groups of schools.
Emma Temperley – regional development manager (east Midlands and Yorkshire and Humberside)
Emma joined The Key in August 2015. After graduating from the University of Newcastle with a BA (Hons) in accounting and finance, Emma went on to work as a recruitment consultant. She specialised initially in permanent sales recruitment and then in education recruitment, where she worked her way up to branch manager. This involved working with schools across the primary, secondary and special educational needs sectors. Emma has a passion for running and has completed the Great North Run on a number of occasions. She also enjoys travelling and spent two summers working at a summer camp in America.
Nicola West Jones – head of business partnerships
Before joining The Key, Nicola worked for Reuters Plc in new business sales, client training and account management for corporate clients. She also led a national programme on behalf of the National College for School Leadership, and previously worked as a consultant for Changing Our World in New York and as a primary school teacher. Nicola has a BA in English and American literature from the University of Warwick.
