Chris Brown – product marketing manager
Chris previously worked for the National Education Trust, supporting a CPD project for children's centre leaders. He has also been a volunteer and worked in customer services. Chris holds an MA in Social Policy and Politics from the University of Edinburgh.
Ewa Jozefkowicz – marketing and communications manager
Ewa previously worked in a part-time marketing role for Lonely Planet and has written for the education section of the Guardian Online. Ewa holds a BA in English literature and an MSc in international public policy from UCL as well as a CIM postgraduate diploma in marketing.
Makesa Mwanza – digital marketing executive
Makesa holds a BSc in multimedia technology and design and an MSc in digital visual effects, both from the University of Kent. He previously worked as a communications executive for a digital technology start-up, where he engaged with clients including schools and large corporations. Outside of work, Makesa enjoys martial arts and the gym, and likes to both play and create videogames.
Kieron Paradine – senior designer
Before becoming The Key's graphic designer, Kieron worked on a number of projects including 'The Student Guide 2013/14' magazine as a creative artworker at The Royal Marsden Hospital. Kieron holds a BA in visual communication from Derby University.
Ruta Zukaite – middleweight designer
Before she joined The Key, Ruta worked on socially engaging projects and co-started creative studio mywifeandi.co.uk with a university friend. She graduated from London College of Communication in 2012 in graphic and media design, and has done freelance design work for print, digital, video and animation.
Rebecca Oram - PR officer
Rebecca previously worked as an Account Executive at a marketing agency working on campaigns and events for a variety of brands. She graduated from the University of East Anglia with a BA in English Literature where she studied a range of modules, including children's literature.
Sharin Hothi- senior marketing executive
Before she joined The Key, Sharin worked as a marketing assistant for a wealth management company for three years. She holds a BSc in marketing management with communications from Oxford Brookes University, and an MA in marketing from Portsmouth University.
Caroline Doherty- head of external relations
Caroline graduated from Oxford University with a BA in classics in 2006 and began her working life teaching. She subsequently took a variety of roles in the public and voluntary sectors and joined The Key in 2015. She became a school governor in 2009 and has been chairing the governing body of a maintained primary school in Hackney for the last two years.
Suzanna McGloin- director of marketing
Suzanna studied Radio, Film and Television (major) and marketing (minor) at Canterbury Christ Church University. In 2004 she joined the Institute of Directors (IoD) to manage their acquisition marketing database, and spent her time establishing the marketing retention function.
