Andrew McKeever - head of CPDT
Before taking on the role of Head of CPDT Andrew was a research team leader (The Key for School Leaders), having previously been a researcher in the staff team, and lead researcher. His history BA course at the University of Sussex included a year of study in California. After graduating, Andrew took a postgraduate law conversion course. He carried out legal research on behalf of an attorney who specialised in capital punishment appeals in America, and then he went on to work for both a poverty-based charity and a human rights group dealing with issues in Northern Ireland.
Emma Espin – senior researcher
Emma works in the staff team. She previously worked for Elevate Education, a study skills company, and as a primary school teacher. Emma has a BA in politics, psychology and sociology from Cambridge University.
As the member support officer for the CPD Toolkit team, Josh’s main focus is on ensuring high standards of service for the Toolkit’s members, as well as organising regional training workshops. Josh joined The Key after completing an MA in Medieval History from The University of St Andrews.
